Owen is a stunning young red tri dog with great potential, and he keeps improving significantly with age.
He finished his American championship with a Best of Breed win from the classes over specials for his third major, one of which was a five point win in strong competition. At the 2013 USASA National Specialty he placed in both his sweepstakes and regular classes, and he finished his Grand Championship within just a few weekends of showing after finishing his championship. He is also a Specialty Best in Sweepstakes winner.
At first glance he has a very powerful, striking side profile that is accented by his matching angulation in both the shoulder/upper arm, and the stifle. In addition to his impressive shoulder layback, he has a deep post sternum with a front set well underneath him, and he carries a very solid, level topline that holds strong both while standing and in motion.
With his captivating expression, cleanly chiseled head, and his pensive, thoughtful demeanor, Owen exudes breed type, and he is always willing and ready to help with whatever task is at hand. Moreover, his lineage is comprised of a consistent and unique combination of multiple top-ranked Aussies, National Specialty winners, all breed Best in Show winners, and top producers - many of which have left a lasting impression on the breed.
